Hello everyone,
Got another BIG patch fresh off the presses for you! Please review the game if you haven't as that helps us out immensely!
Reasons for the wait between patches is because I'd like to wait until theres a stable patch, so expect patches on itch on most fridays.
That said, be sure to check out brand new wiki you can contribute to at https://dragaea.miraheze.org/ and help us fill it out!
On to the patch notes:
CHANGES
- Skill Training Menu now displays the EP Increase after upgrading a skill for a bigger dopamine hit
- Updated Cascade's Description to: "For 5 seconds, Abilities gain 1 additional action. (If an ability attacks 6 times, it now attacks 7)"
- Hovering over Character Cards during dungeons now brings up Adventurer Tool-tips and displays skill exps and stats
- Can now see Monster stats by hovering over them during combat encounters
- Added Utility Loadouts to the Workshop's equip upgrade menu for quick Utility item upgrading
- Added Skill Training menu, this is unlocked at Tavern Level 3 (From here you can pay a large amount of Dragnir to level Skills quickly)
- Block perk "Block Prowess" is now: Physical Block Chance and Magical Block Chance are increased by 30%. (Perks will receive an overhaul in the coming weeks)
- Dungeon Exp Bar now stays visually full when maxed out
- Resolution Selection buttons now display Hz beside the Resolution
- The cost of Rerolling Mods to different ones has been increased to 1000 Dr (from 500 Dr)
- Beastiary stat bonuses are now revealed at the first kill
- You no longer gain passive Block Chance stats from Overall Levels, only from the Block Skill and Equipment
- Block Chances that reach past the limit now boost Defense stats (example: if your Block Chance is at 100%, but the limit is 75%, your def stats gain a 25% boost)
- Overall Level skill now displays which stats it increases when viewing its description
- Halved the Security Exp Gain from Steal, Steal+ and Mug abilities
- Added a button to claim all finished Repeatable quests
- Having at least 1 stack of Double now dodges thorns/reflect, but it will remove 1 stack. Thorns damage will show up as 0 in the log if it worked
- Workshop menu now displays Perfect Roll Chance %
- Axe Abilities "Blood Bath" and "Blood Bath+" now have "Cannot be dodged" in their descriptions.
- Defense Calculation Overhaul, instead of defense reducing damage when reaching "thresholds", every amount of defense is important and used. This means Defense isn't useless in post-game.
- Increased drop rates for Crystalized Mana, Chromatic Dust, and Golden Acorns.
- Tavern Adventurers now scale gradually to your level depending on the Table, corner tables have higher leveled Adventurers while an Adventurer in the middle table will always be level 1
- Added Infinite* Dungeon Runs, this will run the dungeon 9999 times or until your inventory is full. Press Right beside the Enter Dungeon button until it says "(Until Full Inventory)"
- Added a "Character Dungeon Animations" setting in the Options Menu, this will stop Character Statuses/Life bars to stop moving when actions are performed.
- Status Effect "Shield" now caps at a +200% Defense boost
- Dagger Abilities "Steal", "Steal+" and "Mug" now also give Security Exp on use (they don't have to steal anything to gain exp)
- Autosaving is now enabled during Dungeon Runs
FIXES
- Fixed Skill Training menu upgrading a Skill Level above 999, will now reset your Skill Levels back down to 999 on reload
- Fixed Cascade not showing a timer in it's tool-tip
- Fixed Monsters healing your party instead of theirs
- Fixed the last two Adventurers not being selectable in the Character Select menu
- Fixed Toxic Cloud giving more exp than Drain++
- Fixed not adding to Total Revives if a Resurrection Potion was used on the entire party
- Fixed Utility Equip Menu not updating when locking an item
- Fixed screen resolution resetting between sessions and not saving
- Fixed the rare chance that a Monster's sprite flies around the screen whenever they attack or take damage
- Fixed UI scaling not saving between sessions
- Fixed not being able to steal items or Dragnir if "Total Effects On Screen At A Time" is set to 0
- Fixed items not displaying proper sell prices
- Fixed Hold Position and Hold Position+ displaying Accuracy when it shouldn't (they never miss anyway)
- Fixed Omega Bright 2000's accuracy reduction being 300% at tier 10 internally instead of 30%
- Fixed Monster's Ability Accuracy sometimes not appearing in tooltips
