Hey all, v0.4.4 patch for the spring demo! Mostly just fixes

Changes: 

• fixed exp bonus applying to exp gained for Overall Level
• removed experience bonus gained from Overall Levelups
• fixed guild creation confirmation window displaying the same line twice
• fixed currency not updating after using the bottom sell buttons
• fixed restoration and regeneration potions not triggering during dungeon runs
• fixed stat calculations with the daggers, clubs and red magic perks
• fixed the build/upgrade button saying "Upgrade" instead of "Build" when you first load a save file.
